Just download the voip client software from our website and call all your online friends (computer-to-computer) as long as you like, for free. You will be charged nothing if you are calling any land line in one of our free* destinations, or any of your online friends. Can I forward my calls to other Actionvoip users ?^ topYes you can - the callforwarding option in the voip client (software you download from our website) works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Actionvoip) user name. Can I send Text (SMS) messages with Actionvoip ?^ topYes you can, using your Actionvoip voipclient (software you downloaded from our website) or through the Actionvoip website after logging in. Can I use Actionvoip with Mac or Linux ?^ topAre you a Mac or Linux user and you want to benefit from the cheap Actionvoip rates, we have the solution ! Can I link a DID number to my Actionvoip account ?^ topYes you can, if you use a Voip-In (DID-number) supplier you have to forward your DID to: username@sip.Actionvoip.com How do I configure my own SIP device for calling with Actionvoip ?^ topSure: Click here for the settings. What's the deal with the Freedays ?^ topBuying credits entitles you to 120 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 120 days at no costs. When the 120 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal (cheap) rate will be charged for these destinations. How can Actionvoip keep their rates so low ?^ topWe always try to offer the best prices possible and Actionvoip constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers ! By buying in bulk from major carriers and using state of the art technology Actionvoip is able to significantly undercut other international call providers. In addition, low overheads and a no frills approach enable our customers to benefit even more. Can I call a destination not included in your country list ?^ topUnfortunately not. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. Therefore, if the country you wish to call is not included in the list, we do not offer it yet. Can I get Actionvoip in my favorite language?^ topIn the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages. Can a company sign up ?^ topYes, it is possible for a company to use the service but please note that at excessive use, a higher rate will be used. How do I change the country in my invoice address ?^ topThis is possible by logging in on the my account area and changing the county under 'personal details'. However changing the country from a European to a non-European country is not possible. In this case you would need to create a new account. "Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean ?^ topWe offer free* calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these free* calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details. How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in (DID) number ?^ topThis depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines. Will I receive an invoice ?^ topYou will not receive an invoice by post. All call specifications and costs can be seen on your account page on this website.
